Join us for the annual Property/Casualty Insurance Joint Industry Forum to be held on Tuesday afternoon and evening, January 17, 2017, at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in New York. Registration will commence at 12 noon outside of the Waldorf’s Empire Room on the lobby level. The Forum begins with lunch at 12:30 p.m. in the Vanderbilt Room, featuring a keynote address by Charlie Cook, political analyst and publisher of the Cook Political Report.
After lunch, we will move over to the Empire Room for two Experts Panels. The first panel will address industry financial issues and feature: Jay Gelb, Managing Director, Barclays; V.J. Dowling, Managing Partner, Dowling & Partners; and William E. Rotatori, Chairman and CEO, New England Asset Management. Beth Fitzgerald, President, ISO Solutions, will moderate the panel.
The second Experts Panel will focus on policy and regulatory issues and will feature: Ian Adams, Senior Fellow, R Street Institute; Leslie Scism, The Wall Street Journal; and Ted Nickel, Commissioner of Insurance, Wisconsin Insurance Department and President of NAIC. This panel will be moderated by Charles Chamness, President, National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies (NAMIC).
After a networking break, we will hold our traditional CEO Panel with: Bruce G. Kelley, President, CEO & Treasurer, EMC Insurance Companies; Anthony J. Kuczinski, President & Chief Executive Officer, Munich Reinsurance America, Inc.; and Michael LaRocco, President & Chief Executive Officer, State Auto Insurance Companies. Leigh Ann Pusey, President, American Insurance Association (AIA), will serve as panel moderator.
